How long is the contract? Flexible service contract
Our customers enjoy a guarantee of total flexibility with no long-term commitment thanks to our exclusive Flexible Service Agreement. Choose your office, get set up in 5 minutes, enjoy the term and price that best suit your needs, change them whenever you want, and end your contract whenever it’s convenient for you—with just two months’ notice.
How big are the offices, and what kind of furniture do they have?
The offices range in size from 8 to 32 m2 and feature 1 to 6 comfortable workstations consisting of a wing desk, a drawer unit, an ergonomic executive chair, a hands-free phone, a desk lamp, document trays, and a tall shelving unit—all part of a fully integrated system designed to be both comfortable and functional.
What services and amenities are included in the price?
At SBC, we offer many services included in our flat-rate packages, as well as others that are variable and based on your usage. Among the services included in the fixed fee (flat rate) are: utilities (electricity and water), phone lines with your own exclusive number, fiber-optic Internet, meeting rooms at preferential rates through our Forfait, daily cleaning service, furniture tailored to your needs, registered office for your company, general and sports newspapers, multifunction machines (copying, printing, scanning), and an exceptional reception service, etc. As for the facilities, all rooms feature hot/cold air conditioning, background music, and soundproofing with acoustic panels. We have paid attention to even the smallest details to ensure the utmost comfort for our clients.
Are meeting rooms available? Are they free?
For clients who rent an office at any of our SBC® Business Centers, we offer preferential meeting room rates through our Forfait. This allows our office clients to use fully equipped meeting rooms at special rates whenever they need them, subject to availability.
Can I change offices or business centers?
At SBC, we understand how quickly a company’s needs can change, which is why flexibility is a requirement that Service & Business Centers can meet immediately. When your needs change, we’ll change with you. At SBC, you’ll have complete flexibility to transfer your contract to another office or another SBC Business Center.
What documents do I need to sign a contract?
When signing a lease agreement for office space, registering a company address, or becoming a frequent user of meeting rooms, you simply need to provide the necessary information to complete your contract. Once this process is complete, you have 30 days to submit the following documentation to SBC:
  • Company Tax ID Number.
  • Articles of Incorporation.
  • ID number of the authorized representative.
  • Direct debit IBAN code: ESXX + 20 DIGITS.
  • If you are self-employed, all you need is your national ID card and a direct debit authorization.
