Our Flexible Services Contract allows companies to choose the office, services and duration that best suit their requirements, without the rigidity of a conventional commercial lease.
As your business evolves, you may request changes to your office or service package, subject to availability and the agreed conditions. Contracts may be terminated by providing two months’ notice.

Each office includes professional desks, ergonomic chairs and practical storage solutions. The furniture and configuration can be adapted to your team’s requirements, subject to the characteristics and availability of each space.

Our monthly fees include the essential services required for an efficient working environment, such as electricity, climate control, office furniture, daily cleaning, high-speed connectivity and professional reception services.
Depending on the selected Forfait, clients may also benefit from dedicated telephone services, registered office facilities, meeting-room allowances, printing services and preferential rates on additional business support.

Yes. Clients renting a private office at Centros SBC® can reserve fully equipped meeting rooms at preferential rates through our exclusive service packages.
Current rates start from €3 per hour for rooms accommodating up to 4 people and €5 per hour for rooms accommodating up to 8 people. Certain Forfaits also include a monthly meeting-room allowance.
Our rooms provide high-speed internet, presentation screens or projectors and whiteboards. Catering, technical assistance, document preparation and professional reception of attendees can also be arranged on request.
