What documentation do I need to sign up for the service?

To sign up for the Registered Office Service, you must provide the information needed to prepare the contract and submit the following documentation:

Company Tax ID Number.
Articles of Incorporation and current bylaws.
The representative's or authorized agent's DNI or NIE.
Document verifying their authority to act as a representative, if applicable.
Bank account information and IBAN code for direct debit payments.

For self-employed individuals, a DNI or NIE, details of the business activity, and direct debit information are usually sufficient. Depending on the company or business activity, we may request additional documentation to comply with legal identification requirements.
