Our history

SBC® was founded in Barcelona in 2006 with its first 460 m² Business Center in the Lesseps area, driven by great enthusiasm and the idea of ​​developing a different business concept with a strong commitment to service. From the outset, we were clear about the cornerstones upon which our entire project should be built: comfort, technology, and exceptional customer service.

After all this time, we can confidently say that the SBC® concept was a success, as evidenced by the creation of 7 Business Centers in Barcelona and 2 in Madrid.

Leadership in service provision is reserved for those companies that are able to offer excellent service at a truly competitive price and maintain this balance over time. As the years go by, we remain as determined as we were at the beginning, improving every day, and with the added strength that comes from having an ever-growing number of clients who place their trust in us.

Today, SBC® is the largest Spanish group of Business Centers in Barcelona and Madrid, and also a national leader in terms of revenue and number of clients.

The trust of our clients and the solid development of the SBC® project reinforce SBC®’s expansion plan, which includes the upcoming opening of new Centers in the cities of Valencia, Bilbao, and Seville, before undertaking international projects.
