- High-quality fiber optic internet access (BT and Movistar): Agreements with our telecommunications operators allow us to offer high-quality voice and data transmission and reception thanks to BT's MPLS and dedicated symmetrical fiber optic technology. The fact that these lines are dedicated means we operate with high availability. SBC's voice and data traffic is therefore prioritized and balanced for dedicated and redundant firewalls and switches installed in our data centers, as well as at the operators' nodes, to ensure direct internet access with the lowest latency currently available. As a backup, we also have conventional fiber optic connections.
- Network Management with FortiGate 200D Firewalls and NETGEAR PROSAFE Switches: The switches that manage our computer networks are Layer 4 switches. This type of switch allows us to offer private VLANs in all our offices. This feature ensures the confidentiality of your transmissions and data, as each office works with its own dedicated network. They enable simultaneous transmissions without interfering with other subnets and do not share the network with other users in the Business Center. These devices also allow us to provide customized NAT solutions. For example, establishing VPNs (virtual tunnels) between a client's office and servers they may have in other locations, or allowing access to our users' computers from anywhere in the world. Essentially, the ability to implement policies and filters based on information from Layer 4 or higher, such as TCP/UDP ports, SNMP, FTP, etc., is added to the functionalities of a Layer 3 switch.
- Ubiquiti Unified WiFi Technology UAP Pro: Discover another crucial technical element for the quality of our WiFi network. We work with the American manufacturer Ubiquiti Networks, an international specialist in WiFi solutions for businesses worldwide and countless public administration bodies (municipalities, universities, schools, libraries, etc.). We've incorporated their new high-end UAP PRO products that operate on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, providing coverage ranges of 150 meters and consistent speeds of 300 Mbps and 450 Mbps respectively.
- iCloud Virtual PBX by BT: BT is a comprehensive international operator, chosen by SBC Centers for its high specialization in VoIP solutions, particularly with fully customizable Virtual PBXs and complete discretion and flexibility in managing the Control Panel, allowing us to respond immediately to our clients' voice service preferences.
- BT Data Center for hosting SBC applications and servers: SBC systems They are hosted on dedicated, high-availability servers in BT's Data Processing Center. Security and availability levels are 99.9%, and all our applications, servers, and data are redundant to prevent outages and service interruptions. 3G and 4G mobile coverage from operators (Movistar, Vodafone, and Orange): Regarding mobile telephony within our Business Centers, we have reinforced coverage with antennas and repeaters from different operators in areas where we have detected low coverage. All offices receive 3G or 4G coverage.
- Xerox Printing with Document Confidentiality Technology: Finally, we would like to highlight that we have been Xerox Partners since 2010 and have implemented the latest tools available for confidential document printing (multifunction printers and specific software). Data is transmitted encrypted from each computer to a print queue where access is only available to each user who can request printing by identifying themselves with an individual PIN code. It is an economical, fast, and completely secure system.
