High-quality fiber optic internet access (BT and Movistar): Agreements with our telecommunications operators allow us to offer high-quality voice and data transmission and reception thanks to BT's MPLS and dedicated symmetrical fiber optic technology. The fact that these lines are dedicated means we operate with high availability. SBC's voice and data traffic is therefore prioritized and balanced for dedicated and redundant firewalls and switches installed in our data centers, as well as at the operators' nodes, to ensure direct internet access with the lowest latency currently available. As a backup, we also have conventional fiber optic connections.
  2. Network Management with FortiGate 200D Firewalls and NETGEAR PROSAFE Switches: The switches that manage our computer networks are Layer 4 switches. This type of switch allows us to offer private VLANs in all our offices. This feature ensures the confidentiality of your transmissions and data, as each office works with its own dedicated network. They enable simultaneous transmissions without interfering with other subnets and do not share the network with other users in the Business Center. These devices also allow us to provide customized NAT solutions. For example, establishing VPNs (virtual tunnels) between a client's office and servers they may have in other locations, or allowing access to our users' computers from anywhere in the world. Essentially, the ability to implement policies and filters based on information from Layer 4 or higher, such as TCP/UDP ports, SNMP, FTP, etc., is added to the functionalities of a Layer 3 switch.

What size are the offices and what furniture do they have?
The offices measure between 8 and 32 m2 and have 1 to 6 comfortable workstations consisting of a desk with a wing, a drawer unit, an ergonomic executive chair, a hands-free telephone, a desktop lamp, document trays and a tall shelving unit, forming part of a fully integrated set to be comfortable and functional.
What services and facilities are included in the price?
At SBC, we offer many services included in our fixed monthly fees, as well as others that are variable and based on your usage. Among the services included in the fixed monthly fee (package package) are: basic utilities (electricity and water), dedicated telephone lines, fiber optic internet, meeting rooms for €1/hour with no restrictions, daily cleaning service, furniture tailored to your needs, registered business address for your company, general and sports newspapers, multifunction machines (photocopiers, printers, scanners), and excellent reception service, among others. Our facilities are fully equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling), piped music, and soundproofing with acoustic panels. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort for our clients.
Can I use the meeting rooms? Are they free?
For clients who rent an office in any of our centers, and thanks to our exclusive packages, meeting rooms are available at a nominal price of €5/hour (4 people) or €10/hour (8 people). This allows us to optimize their use and manage bookings efficiently so that all clients can enjoy this service. The rooms are fully equipped with internet access, a screen/projector or monitor, a whiteboard, etc. Remember that you can also arrange for catering, technical support, pre-printing of documents, presentations, attendee welcome, and more.
Can I change offices or Business Centers?
At SBC, we understand how quickly a company's needs can change, which is why flexibility is essential and Service & Business Centers can meet it immediately. When your needs change, we'll change with you. At SBC, you'll have complete flexibility to transfer your contract to another office or another SBC Business Center.
What documentation do I need to formalize a contract?
When formalizing your office rental agreement, company registration, or frequent user of meeting rooms, you simply need to provide the necessary information to complete your contract. Once this process is complete, you have 30 days to send the following documentation to SBC: Company Tax Identification Number (CIF). Articles of Incorporation. National Identity Document (DNI) of the authorized representative. Bank details (IBAN code: ESXX + 20 digits).
