Our Business Centers in Madrid offer private offices with 1 to 10 workstations, with flexible contract options by the month or year. On an ad hoc basis and subject to availability, we also offer hourly office rentals in Madrid. The offices range in size from 8 to 32 m2 and feature 1 to 10 comfortable workstations consisting of a winged desk, a drawer unit, an ergonomic executive chair, a hands-free phone, a desk lamp, document trays, and a tall shelving cabinet—all part of a fully integrated system designed to be both comfortable and functional.

What services and amenities are included in the price?

The office space fee includes the use of a private, furnished office, supplies, climate control, internet access, and cleaning, in accordance with the terms of the contract. Other services, such as telephone service, mail forwarding, printing, and meeting rooms, depend on the package selected. Clients with an office can reserve meeting rooms starting at €5 per hour with the Standard Package, while the Full Package includes up to 10 hours of meeting room time, subject to its terms and conditions.

Are meeting rooms available? Are they free?

Yes. Clients with an office can reserve meeting rooms starting at €5 per hour with the Standard Package. The Full Package includes up to 10 hours of meeting room time, subject to its terms and conditions. The rooms are equipped with internet access, a screen or projector, and a whiteboard, depending on the space selected. Additional services, such as catering, technical support, document printing, or attendee check-in, can also be requested, subject to availability and pricing.

Can I change offices or business centers?

At SBC, we understand how quickly a company’s needs can change, which is why flexibility is a requirement that Service & Business Centers can meet immediately. When your needs change, we’ll change with you. At SBC, you’ll have complete flexibility to transfer your contract to another office or another SBC Business Center.

What documents do I need to sign a contract?

When signing a lease agreement for office space, registering a company address, or becoming a frequent user of meeting rooms, you simply need to provide the necessary information to complete your contract. Once this process is complete, you have 30 days to submit the following documentation to SBC:

Company Tax ID Number.
Articles of Incorporation.
ID number of the authorized representative.
Direct debit IBAN code: ESXX + 20 DIGITS.
If you are self-employed, all you need is your national ID card and a direct debit authorization.
