What is a registered office address for companies and what is it used for?
When you are in the process of setting up your new company, one of the essential legal requirements is to establish the registered and tax domicile of the new company, which must be stated in its Articles of Incorporation and registered with the Mercantile Registry. At SBC®, we have 7 Business Centers where we provide these types of services in a highly personalized manner and at very affordable prices for more than 1,500 companies. Therefore, you can locate your main office at any of the SBC® addresses without the need to rent physical space. From the moment of your registration with the Mercantile Registry, official communications from the Administration to your company will be sent to this address. At the SBC centers, we will take care of receiving, safeguarding, delivering, or forwarding your correspondence as you indicate, handling your documentation with procedures that guarantee absolute confidentiality.

You will also have access to other services that will allow you to maintain a professional image and efficient operations, such as telephone answering using your company name, use of meeting rooms, immediate call and fax reporting, etc.
Why not use my home address?

Establishing your home address as your registered business address makes it public for all purposes. Many business owners, for various reasons, prefer to maintain a clear separation between their professional and private activities and avoid disclosing their home address to clients and suppliers.

On the other hand, it's important to keep in mind that the registered business address will be the address used by various government agencies and public bodies to communicate with your company. This requires someone to be available at all times to receive notifications, certificates, registered mail, calls, etc., and then effectively forward them to the owner. SBC subscription contracts have a minimum duration of 1 year and are automatically renewed for the same duration.
Can I have my own exclusive phone number?
If you subscribe to the Complete plan, you will have your own exclusive number, personalized telephone support, scripts for handling your calls, immediate reporting of your calls by email, and call forwarding to the indicated phone number.
Can I have access to meeting rooms?

This is another service included in our rates. SBC center clients have access to 8 meeting rooms, 3 training rooms, and an auditorium, all fully equipped (internet access, screen, projector, flipchart, whiteboard, etc.) with significant discounts off the standard rate. Remember that you can also arrange for catering, technical support, document pre-printing, presentations, and attendee welcome. See rates.

What happens if my company grows and I need a physical space?
At SBC, we understand how quickly a company's needs can change, which is why flexibility is essential and Service & Business Centers can meet it immediately. When your needs change, we'll change with you. If you require physical space, we have 5,000 m² of space with over 200 high-end offices, ranging from 1 to 6 workstations, ready for immediate occupancy.
